All Prices Are Quoted As Per Agreed Terms And Are Subject To Applicable Taxes And Duties. Payments Must Be Made According To The Schedule Mentioned In The Quotation Or Invoice. Delays In Payment May Result In Project Delays, Suspension Of Services, Or Additional Charges.
3. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Orders Will Be Considered Confirmed Only After Written Acceptance And/Or Receipt Of Advance Payment, If Applicable. Any Cancellation Or Modification Of Orders After Confirmation May Attract Cancellation Charges Based On Work Completed And Materials Procured.
4. Delivery & Project Timelines
Delivery Schedules And Project Timelines Are Estimated And May Vary Due To Factors Beyond Our Control, Including Availability Of Materials, Site Conditions, Or Client-Side Delays. Radian Control System Shall Not Be Held Liable For Delays Caused By Such Circumstances.
5. Warranty & Liability
Products And Systems Supplied By Radian Control System Are Covered Under A Limited Warranty As Specified In The Respective Agreement Or Invoice. The Warranty Does Not Cover Damages Caused By Misuse, Improper Installation, Unauthorized Modifications, Or External Factors. Our Liability, If Any, Shall Be Limited To Repair Or Replacement Of The Supplied Product Or Service.
6. Installation & Site Responsibilities
The Client Is Responsible For Providing Safe Site Conditions, Power Supply, And Necessary Infrastructure Required For Installation And Commissioning. Any Additional Work Arising Due To Site-Related Issues May Be Charged Separately.
7. Post-Installation Support
Post-Installation Support And Training Will Be Provided As Per The Agreed Scope. Any Additional Support, Visits, Or Modifications Beyond The Original Agreement May Be Chargeable.
8. Intellectual Property
All Designs, Drawings, Software, Documentation, And Technical Data Provided By Radian Control System Remain Our Intellectual Property Unless Otherwise Agreed In Writing. Unauthorized Copying, Sharing, Or Reuse Is Strictly Prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
Both Parties Agree To Maintain Confidentiality Of All Technical, Commercial, And Business Information Exchanged During The Course Of The Project, Unless Disclosure Is Required By Law.

Radian Control System Shall Not Be Liable For Any Indirect, Incidental, Or Consequential Damages, Including Loss Of Production, Profit, Or Business, Arising From The Use Of Our Products Or Services.

These Terms & Conditions Shall Be Governed By And Interpreted In Accordance With The Laws Of India. Any Disputes Shall Be Subject To The Jurisdiction Of Competent Courts In India.
